Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the closet in the bathroom.
In the living room, there is a TV, a TV unit, an L armchair with a double bed when opened, 2 single armchairs, a center table and air conditioning. There is a separate wi-fi connection from Oya House.
There is hot water in both the bathroom and the kitchen for 12 months. There is a heater for comfort in our studio house.
It has its own garden and veranda. On the veranda there is a table for 4 people and 2 chaise longues and a coffee table.
It is an ideal studio apartment for couples who want to relax and seek peace, newlyweds looking for a place for their honeymoon, and families with one or two children.
