Our Story

Yeşilyurt (formerly Büyükçetmi) village was the oldest and richest accommodation village on the caravan route until the mid-1950s. Since these years, Büyükçetmi has constantly emigrated. The stone houses were preserved thanks to the common sense of the remaining villagers, and the new ones were built in accordance with the same style. In our village, there are 12 hotels and pensions and 3 hotels under construction.

My wife Fatma Tanıl is a native of Yeşilyurt, and I (Erdal Tanıl) is her son-in-law. Years later, we completed our business life and returned to our village.

The idea for O'ya House belongs to my wife: We tried to prepare a concept for those who think, 'Let me just come with my suitcase, but feel comfortable as if I were at my own home'.
Cleanliness and hygiene is our indispensable rule. O'ya Houses only accepts reservations through Airbnb.

In Yeşilyurt, you can see houses or hotels that have been restored / built from scratch by Tarık Ulusoy and Doğa İnşaat on almost every corner and in every street. When you see closely how they catch the harmony of wood, stone and old brick, you can immediately notice. Not only exterior spaces but interior spaces also offer cozy and comfortable living spaces.

Tarık Ulusoy and his team are both happy and proud to have carried out the restoration and decoration of Oya Houses.
