Our house has been completely renovated, including electricity and plumbing. All furniture and white goods are new. Standard and suite rooms with en-suite bathrooms on the garden floor are ideal for 2 families to stay comfortably. Modernly furnished rooms have a separate wi-fi connection independent from the wi-fi on the upper floor. If desired, a park bed and/or an extra bed can be added to the suite. There are 160 x 200 double beds, a sofa set, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a mirror and a suitcase in the rooms. In the garden in front of the rooms, there is a separate group of sun loungers for each room.
Hot water flows in the bathrooms and in the kitchen every season and every hour. All bathrooms have separate hair dryers.
In the kitchen, there is a large refrigerator (with a separate freezer section), a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a built-in cooker and a hood. All building rooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms are heated with underfloor heating. There is a table for 8 people on the veranda where you can sit comfortably for 9 months of the year. There is also a sun lounger group and a reading chair.
There are 3 single beds on the upper floor, which we call the loft or gallery. If desired, 2 beds can be combined. There is also a wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a mirror, a suitcase, a giant pouf and a seating group in the loft.
The walls are all decorated with handmade modern paintings. The ceiling, which is 6 meters high, was left in its original state, and white color was preferred to be bright.
The three handmade ceramic details on the veranda, the mirror detail on the veranda, and the pictures on the side wall of Oya House were all carefully selected.
It is the perfect choice for three families without children. Downstairs for two families or extended families; For children, caregivers or servants, the Loft floor offers an outstanding choice. Living room, TV and recreation room, patio and terrace with nature and sea views are living spaces.
